Music begins in the soul, E:DJ more of a musical formula that he created than a stage name [electronica to the ratio of the disc jockey] translates the sound of electronic and dance into trance, house, psy-trance, Nu Disco and chillout.
E:DJ has been working professionally for over a decade all over the U.S. Though a European raised DJ who was born in Cairo and is proudly of Egyptian decent born Tamer Riad who now lives in the U.S. and most likely picked up the sound of electronic music from his upbringing primarily in Cardiff Wales. And as most people who live in Europe he also did quite a bit of traveling throughout to places such as Brussels, Amsterdam, Rome, Southern France and Spain, Luxemburg, Hamburg and even Moscow among so many others, it seems that all this traveling at such a young age has influenced, deepened and ensured his musical ear overall.
