The House Cartel is a NYC-born DJ duo and movement founded by Capo & Zelev—two selectors blending techno, tech-house, and progressive elements into high-energy, funk-driven sets. With roots in trance and an evolution toward deeper, darker sounds, THC built their name through early gigs at Liquid Vibe, Pacha NYC, and a long-standing 10 year residency with Momentum’s Rite of Wednesdays, NYC’s go-to underground midweek party.
True to their DIY spirit, they’ve taken their sound worldwide, playing at Weekend Club (Berlin), Vertigo (Costa Rica), Macarena Club during Sonar (Barcelona), BAUM (Colombia), Techno Taco Tuesday (Las Vegas), and many more cities from Toronto, Chicago, Boston, Miami... the list goes on.
After a hiatus to focus on family and careers, they return with Time Will Tell—a new party series shaped by growth, patience, and the belief that music, like time, always moves forward.
