Matias Jofré is an Argentine-born, NYC-based DJ, producer, and visual artist rooted in underground culture. Creator of Rite of Wednesdays and co-founder of Momentum, he’s known for curating deep, hypnotic sets blending Minimal Techno, Deep Techno, and Deep House. With a background in independent radio and a passion for raw, emotional sound, Matias brings a sense of narrative to every mix. His productions merge field recordings, analog textures, and atmospheric tension. Beyond music, he works in photography and visual storytelling, crafting immersive experiences that blur the line between sound and image. Always evolving, Matias is currently developing new multidisciplinary projects that reflect his instinct-driven approach to art and life.
