I've been DJing since I was 16 (1997). I started DJing as DJ Rep, playing House and Speed Garage for about 2 years. In 1999 I heard Gouryella and moved to the new Trance movement for about a year. In 2000 Started hearing Tidy Trax Tunes (Which was Harder and Faster) this was known as Hard House then (which became Hard Dance) I became a full on Hard Dance DJ and my skills improved. In 2004 I dropped my DJ Rep name and wanted a more professional name and went with Steve Techaneer. In 2006 Electro-House Movement started, did not like this at the time and stuck with Hard Dance, I played Hard Dance for 7 years.In 2007 Hard Dance tunes started going Electro-House way I decided this was not me, I would step down as a DJ and would continue as a hobby, but later on that year new friends found out I was a DJ and listened to mixes and said to me why give up. Now DJ Big Room House, EDM & Deep House
