Performing as DJ TOOLOON since 1996, he has played clubs, festivals, open-air events, and unconventional underground locations across Germany and the Canary Islands. In 1998, he co-founded Munich’s Underground-Projekt, serving as resident DJ, booker, and organizer.

Alongside his DJ career, he studied Audio Engineering at SAE and later worked as a sound engineer for the record label Unicade Music, contributing to the production and release of David Lou Bega’s worldwide No. 1 hit “Mambo No. 5.” He went on to establish himself as a professional sound engineer and sound designer, working on feature films, television productions, commercials, streaming series, trailers, and audiobooks.

His journey also took him to Cuba, where he worked with musicians associated with the Buena Vista Social Club, and to La Gomera, where he was among the first DJs to introduce electronic music to the island.
