Rising

Inspired by the creativity of the winter turning light, this mix was started in February and left to rise for the spring and summer seasons. The end of summer brings a new energy of fruition and celebration before the grief falls. The sound starts full with bass, clicks, and drums, and then moves into emotion (some yearning for community) and celebration. It ends as many of my mixes end: unique voices and percussion; simple beauty. I think this is one of my most simple mixes in some ways. Let me know what you think.
