Sancho Filipe Ferreira Mesquita (born December 29, 1979), better known as "dj sancho”, is an ªPortuguese musician of Santarém. His DJ career spinning records at the age of 17. (1997)
His first nightclub residency was at the Acquabar, in Santarém, and later he started to play in diferent clubs around Portugal.
Has a dj, he was inspired by the brooklin sounds like Little Louie Vega, Kenny dope and others.
In 2007 he starts to produce electronic music with a single “The things we do” in one of the biggests labels in the World (Defected), in the meantime, Sancho was the oficial dj of some Brands like “Stravaganzza” , “My beat”, and Liquid Consulting.
Sancho have one unique style of mixing, by making live remixes with acapella´s and samples, always mixing with tree chanel`s up, in the big room, but when talk about deep and soulful, he play`s like the good old times... Whith vinyl...
