Moving to NY in 1986, she began to embark on an exciting journey of the music business. From that time until the present, Sheila has had the pleasure of performing as the opening acts for Donald Newkirk, Billy Paul, The Manhattan's, The Persuaders, Blue Magic, D-Train, Melba Moore, The Temptations Review, The Delphonics, Howard Melvin & The Blue Notes, etc....

February 2013 – Present (8 months)

In 1993, she collaborated with Bustin Melonz and completed a vocal track, "Walk Away", on Nuff Nuff/Continuum Records in 1998. In 1999 she completed two vocal tracks for Producer Prince Paul and she has just completed "Emotional Make-up" a long awaited CD that she truly enjoyed doing, with the help of Shawn Raynor and Donald Newkirk.
