Have been living and working in aberdeen most of my life and started DJing about 20 years ago. I play mostly deep minimal techno with an edge of trance, but also play around with Psychedelic trance, Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Breakbeat and some of the more commercial tracks that i enjoy.
I started DJing in Aberdeen along with a friend ( he is called Filthy Rich and he runs nights in Edinburgh as well as producing music and releasing it on his own label called Zimp Recordings), we became a duo and have both played at Cafe Drummonds, the pelican (where we did breaks and beats in the bar area away from the main stage) and Drum where we hosted our own night called Sanctuary. I have also played at TLF at the tunnels in Aberdeen.
In Edinburgh we were both regulars at Calton Studios (Studio 54) where at times we played the main set at both Pillbox and Apex. I also played at the Drum Club with Claude Young with no headphones so he taught me how to do his hip-hop scratch style with techno.
