Montréal, Canada
Originally from Black Lake, a small town in Quebec, F Lauren got his start behind the decks in rock and alternative bars before diving into the electronic scene. His first steps in electronic music were influenced by the energy of the legendary Sona, Montreal’s iconic club run by Tiga.
He has since played raves, loft parties, and clubs across Montreal, Quebec City, and his home region, crafting immersive and groovy sets while sharing the stage with Charles Poulin (Black & Blue) and Marco G (Aria AfterHour).
He later turned to music production, collaborating with a sub-label of Fingerprintz Records, which led to him being remixed by Juno Award winner Miguel Graça, as well as remixing and being remixed by Michel Simard, two-time Billboard Music Award winner.
Today, he produces at his own pace, freely exploring his influences. His most recent EP, released in 2024, showcases a musical approach centered on deep grooves, minimalist textures, and dancefloor immersion.
