The Retro Charts quite simply were current sales by Retro artistes. As the Indie chart has only Indie artists and the Country chart has only Country artists, the Retro Charts has only Retro artistes.
This idea was devised by Andy Johnson and started to appear on Twitter after the first chart was compiled on November 9th 2015. They stopped in December 2022 due to lack of support.
