I grew up during the nineties hence am a child of Eurodance, the end of happy hardcore and the beginning of commercial electronic music. When I was eleven years old I told my Mum that I want to be a musician one day; she then enrolled me in a music school to learn an instrument: the Keyboard. I started working on my own music at the age of 15 and learned how to mix (on vinyl). The music I produce spans various genres and is some blend of progressive trance, ethnic house (think middle eastern sounds), retro dance and a fair degree of experimentation.
In 2007, I released my track Front Attack (under my former alias Don R.) together with 2Sonic on Fanatic Beatz and a year later a remix of 2Sonic's 'Straight to the Light'. Whilst I am very eager to start releasing more music again I also extend my Mix series named Key Nine which is simply about mixing great tunes and taking you, the listener, on a journey through different genres and emotions since this is the purpose of music, right?
