After collecting records and getting his fingers dusty for a few years Remy Gold began Dj’ing in Cape Town in 2001 . He’s played with many international and local acts plus at most of the big music festivals and also hosted many nights in Cape Town. He has held residencies on three Continents (Europe, Asia, Africa) and you can catch him weekly playing all manner of House and UK Bass music and the odd Funk ,Disco and Hip-Hop classics at Jam in Bangkok. Not liking to settle for one genre his sets are varied with an emphasis on “Good Music”. A true passion and love for music has driven him through the years and he still sees himself as a fan and purveyor of underground music instead of someone who just plays the latest hits.
