NYC resident, Philip Paterno (Traces of You), is a drummer and long term music lover.
Phil has a distinct ear for music and this emanates in his sets.
He takes pride in his mixing skills and track selection.
He will prepare for every performance diligently with hours of track review for preparation. He states that "good music has no expiration date".
He loves finding hidden gems on vinyl, free downloads and sent demos to incorporate into his sets.
Phil has created podcasts for Magician on Duty, The Deep Room, Deep House Sweden, Sweet Space and The Deep Control.
He has also played along side the great talents of Mark Knight, Erik Morillo, Claude von Stroke and Roger Sanchez.
"When I'm opening for big talents, I can adjust to almost any style of play in the large house genre, however my true passion is melodic, deep house. I take pride in setting the stage well for whomever I play with."
