In 2005, a Hiphop loving human from Christchurch, New Zealand, by the name of Tim Hobbs fell upon a new sound that would completely change his life.

After accepting an invite to see the one and only Aphrodite, Mr. Hobbs found himself in awe as he watched the crowd around him take on a vibe from a stage full of action.

Creating a new love for the sound that is known as Drum And Bass he teamed up with his good friend Dj Fiend now know as The Goods. Together they formed the brand that is now known locally and abroad as “Acid DJs”.
