From Mexico City, Emmanuel Peregrina is the name behind Purpura and his B-side project Men On Black. Raiding in electronic music since early 2000's, starting to listen and experiment with Progressive, Minimal, Techno and House; but finally until mids of 2007 that born this project. Distinguished by his passion to analog "old school" sound, Purpura has been feel inspired from beginnings of his first tracks with hardware synths and outboard rack devices as well parallel digital tools, awakening like this the creativity and finding his own musical identity. For more than a decade, Purpura has shared booths and spots with the best exponents of the underground ambience, performing for some festivals and clubes of local mexican scene, as well recently on a few streaming shows like Ephimera Tulum and Love Signal by Lista, transmitted by YouTube platform.
Actually signed in some representative Organic House, Melodic and Afro House labels of the worldwide scene.
