As addict to EDM, I fell in love with electronica during the early 90s. Of course, back then it was not called EDM but simply whatever the DJ was spinning those days (i.e. , house , trance, breaks, techno, etc). My first love in the EDM genres was techno. With time, I began appreciate other genres such as trance, house, breaks, and D&B. By mid-90s, breaks and house became my favorite form of EDM - as it's still true to this day. I continue to listen not only to old-school rave/EDM but am also enjoying new genres and sub genres like chug, psy-trance/breaks - to name a few.
Maybe when I am finally done with my studies/training and move out of California's wine country cow shit town, I may have some time to finally have time play around with a DJ controller/mixer.
