Nuation are an electronic/dance duo formed in 2013 by Umberto Cimino, an experienced producer and sound engineer who worked with countless Italian and international artists (such as Planet Funk) and licensed his own music both with major and independent record labels (Universal, WEA, Defected, Daredo etc.) and Paul Monteamaro, a singer and songwriter.

They met in London - where they’ve been living for a few years - in 2012 and, after some earlier collaborations, they finally decided to share their musical experiences, beginning working on their project lately known as Nuation.

In 2013 Umberto decided to move his recording studio in Italy, in a quiet and inspiring place by the sea that soon became the Nuation headquarter where they currently write, produce, mix and master their music.
