I always had an interest in DJing. In the early 90's I had a little go with a couple of borrowed turntables and a cheap Realistic mixer (Tandy/Radio Shack) but really didn't seem to get it.

Fast forward about 30 years and a pandemic I was furloughed for 3 weeks. I managed to get a Numark Mixtrack Pro II and with a Sharp "party speaker" had a go.

Now I have no sense of rhythm, I can't beat match and I am very impatient (how hard can it be!).

Although I was having fun I was also frustrated. I managed (for my birthday) to get a Pioneer DDJ 400 and went from Serato to Rekordbox. And after a lot (I mean a lot) if YouTubeing I managed to "get it" (I still can't really count beats properly).

Well this is where we are now, late 2021 and uploading onto Mixcloud. Some of it is rough as hell but there is hopefully marked improvements.
