From a young age, Michael has been passionate about music. After playing the piano and keyboards for a decade, Michael took up the drums and the guitar, and played all three instruments in a variety of amateur bands over the years.
In 2008, Michael began creating bootlegs and mashups of pop songs, and, not knowing quite what to do with them, began posting them on youtube. Since then, these tracks have been viewed by half a million people…a dubious accomplishment, but an accomplishment nonetheless.
Shortly thereafter, Michael began DJing live at private parties and assorted other venues, sometimes under the pseudonym ‘DJ Cross-Stitch’. For three years, Michael has been on a mission to spread his love of house music with the great people of Vancouver.
