Matthew Favorites is a Berlin-based DJ. He plays a wide array of music that stretches from boogie, balearic, disco, garage, house, and italo, to other weird shit that likely has no business being played on a dancefloor. Sorry bout it.

Matthew has been playing music and putting together events for many years, getting his start early in the Sacramento underground scene. From 2009-2012, he and DJ partner Avalon Emerson created and played a series of warehouse events in San Francisco's SoMa district. In 2013, he founded party collective Play It Cool with Avalon Emerson (Whities, Spectral Sound), Derek Opperman (Electronic Beats), and Guillaume (Spring Theory). Guests included: Jack J, Young Marco, Justin Vandervolgen, Mark Seven, Lovefingers, Boogie Nite, and Tambien.
