David Vasquez, the New York native DJ’s and producers in the world of Dance Music today. His signature sound blends deep, dark and tribal beats with sexy Latin rhythms. His reputation for consistency, eclectic track selection and technical skill has earned him industry-wide respect and continuous love from fans around the globe.
For nearly two decades, David has been devoted to the New York dance music scene and its culture. He has performed alongside some of the industry’s most prestigious names including Pete Tong, Josh Wink, Angel Moraes, The Scumfrog, DJ Vibe, Stephane K, Omid 16B, Desyn Masiello. In 2001, he teamed up with DJ/Producer John Creamer to form the New York based record label Magnetik Musik. As Head of A & R for the label, David was responsible for signing new talent and promoting events for those artists at venues throughout the city. Most notably, the infamous Rubber Monkey and the Magnetik Music loft parties. He held residency at renowned New York City
