Clocking over a decades experience in producing underground radio and music television, M:Tron has established a broad musical knowledge that spans genres, decades and formats. Her late night electronic radio show 'No Sleep Till Bedtime' on Auckland's 95bFM saw an organic transition to club DJ'ing and a four year long residency and curatorial role at alternative and electronic music and arts venue Cassette Nine. This change saw her focus on indie club tunes, returning often to bass, minimal and disco with a splash of electro, unashamedly influenced by her formative clubbing experiences in the early 00's. M:Tron creates sets unique to her environment, challenging the limitations of single genre DJing, presenting a fresh curation of old and new tracks.
