MAYA discovers electronic music in Mexico. Years later, being inspired and supported by her friends -respected artists in North America- MAYA had a fantastic first experience, performing at St-Jean-BaSStiste Festival 2012 in Quebec, after being certified professional DJ from DJ School Montreal and she became label DJ for OUI-R1 in the same year. .MAYA's music selection makes her style a unique one! She quickly distinguished herself for her incomparable presence on the stage and she became a renowned and appreciated DJ in the Canadian arena, playing at many large gatherings and festivals like Eclipse (Canada). In 2017 she has launched her own label taking part in promoting local and international female musicians, singers and DJs: MAYANA Music.
