This is how the producer, DJ, promoter, and electronic music enthusiast Kris Diahann hailing out of Brisbane, QLD describes himself as a DJ. Never unafraid to take his deep energy into a new direction, his organic music selection of taste is his own remedy.
Having grown up with films Kris didn’t know much about music until he was introduced to a film called The Blues Brothers from there he fell in love with the blues, jazz, lounge sound.
Listening to such people as
(Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Miles Davis, Frank Sinatra) … all which became infused as a part of his own love for the sound he is predominantly known for today.
Kris is a very active member of his local community, he is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene. Though he loves playing in nightclubs, and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes.
