Once a day is more my mantra - at least when talking about music.
For me music gives my mind a break from all of the ordinary stress in my daily life. Spending some time in front of the deck, mixing, takes me on some form of meditational journey.
From old school house, deep house, organic house, tech house to hard hitting techno - riding the beats, floating on the synth leads and feeling the rumbling bass.
