Setting out, to be Canada's musical assassin, Killa Assasin Sound was formed in March 2006, when a group of friends thought up the idea to make the sound crew official. Flex, Briggy & Shorty Glock 40 were the masterminds. Soon after, during the same year, Jahmain and Chuckie became affiliated with Assasin Sound, although still playing for other sounds they were still actively helping to direct and guide the growth of Killa Assasin.

In 2008, things became more serious as the group decided that besides dubplates , they would start the sound system side. Gathering amplifiers and various other equipment to make things sound crisp & clear, along with various high quality speakers, that part of the dream soon became a reality. The sound is fully equipped to professionally set up at various types of events such as Banquet Halls, Weddings, Outdoor Festivals, Etc.
