KVYA (Mark Calica) has been in the electronic music scene for over a decade - after previously playing guitar and vocal in a band in High School. After picking up his first pair of Technics 1200 during the late 90's, he began reveling in the opportunity to share his love for dance music and introduce his genre-bending style to wider audiences. He has performed at the hottest venues across NYC including EXIT NYC, Avalon, Spirit, Webster Hall, Pacha NYC, LOVE NYC and D36, and has played supporting gigs for many of many well-known names including DJ Eco, Zack Roth, Solid Stone, Dj Merrit, Ray Roc, George Acosta, and M.I.K.E. Push. Started out playing Hard Trance and Trance. Today you can hear him play to the groove with Tech House, Techno, Deep House, House and Progressive House.
