Texas

So, let's talk Texas, and I don't mean the large state in Southern U.S… I don't know anything about it and, unfortunately, I'm not well travelled enough.
Texas rolled into York in September, played a sold out show at the York Barbican, and what a show!
In two hours, they managed to pack in every single hit they've ever created - and believe me there's loads. Sometimes you forget just how many hits and superb records they've churned out in the last 30 years.
I ended up chatting to Sharleen Spiteri before the show in her dressing room about the history of the band, what she uses as a bench mark when she's creating music, and if their latest album 'Jump On Board' was an invitation to us all....
