General Music enthusiast with a penchant for anything uncontrived, heartfelt, obscure or just plain dancefloor friendly and firing. Plays records regularly around London, Europe and Russia. Funk, Soul, Modern Soul, Disco, Ska, Rocksteady, Dub (in fact most 'Island' derrivaties), Proper 50s Rnb, Jump Blues and occassional Exotica.......
And not forgetting the modern stuff. The post 1980 era when soul became more bleepy, when house music was born, hip hop flourished (til 1992 in any case). In short, I love it all dearly.
