Anita Hisir, aka InHerVISION, is a female DJ based in Vancouver. Growing up, she was heavily influenced by her Dutch background and their love for trance, dance and hardstyle music; and she found her passion for music through the mixtapes her cousins would send her from the Netherlands. This early impact lead her to begin Djing in 2011 with a pioneer controller, which she later on took around the world to play in countries like Australia and Indonesia. In Vancouver she has played at several Soundproof events and debuted her first LIVE techno set at Soundproof’s annual summer event, Trancemission, in 2013. InHerVISION's music style gravitates between the rugged basslines of techno and tech-house and, to her more recent love for melodic, soulful tracks in deep and progressive house.
