Immersed Music is a concept, label and brand established by Tony Puccio in 2013 after a 10 year career as an active DJ/Producer filling both spots of local resident and international traveler. The concept and name are based on two main ideas. One, that in order to achieve maximum artistic potential, one must immerse themselves in inspiration to the point of almost losing themselves in the moment. And two, that the ability to survive and stay relevant in the electronic music world hinges on the artist or label’s ability to continually progress, change and re-invent themselves.
The sound of the label is drum infused Techno and Tech House that at times rides the cusp of industrial and other times embraces a more organic vibe that is reminiscent of an indigenous ceremony. Expect to hear lush synths, mysterious vocals, attention grabbing bass lines and live instruments that color the projects in a unique way.
