Have trouble with attention span,so i have always tried 2 remix/edit music any way i can,& with anything i can(on a very tight budget!):-
1984-pause mixing & metal tape trick(if u don't know,i'm not telling!)
1984-played music on my mono box 4 older brother & local breakers in local shopping centre(also battery & tape carrier!)
1986-mixing with anything,even a double tape boombox plugged in2 stereo
1989-mixed on mates decks.Even made a tape of songs(i hope that's not still around !!!) !
1992-mixed on my 2 1200's,progressing 2 a 3rd deck(1800)eventually
2004-lost all equipment for breaking a 'noise abatement order'
2007-had my own show broadcasting on qualitybeatsradio.com
2008-retired due 2 no equipment,lack of money 4 equipment.
