Half Wild was launched in 2010 to showcase the highest quality music and DJs across a broad spectrum of dance music in New Zealand & Australia’s most unique club & festival venues, creating a distinctive vibe and attracting a diverse audience to each event. After three national tours of NZ, the brand is now re-establishing itself in a new hometown of Melbourne - the capital of Australia's underground dance music scene.
With a strong ethos of supporting and recognising local talent, in 2015 the Global Transmission Podcast was formed as a collaborative project between eight likeminded individuals from around the world, coming together to share their love of electronic music. In a monthly podcast, residents deliver a 2-hour mix of the absolute best in progressive, house and techno. With a combined 100+ years of musical experience across a diverse range of backgrounds, scenes and sounds thousands of miles apart are fused into one cohesive, auditory delight.
