Shaquil Shaqon Clement (born December 26, 1994), better known as German Fitchson is a African American-born rapper, singer and songwriter.
Fitchson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in West Philadelphia. Fitchson attended Chad Charter High School for Architecture & Design. In 2013 Fitchson later found a passion for fashion photography and took the opportunity to learn and master the world of modeling which opened doors for him and allowed him to gain a new audience for his fan base. Fitchson then graduated in 2014, but while still in high school Fitchson became an internet influencer after the release of his first song titled “West Philly” which was only released on YouTube. Brian Phickey stumbled across the song and later called it “West Philly’s New Anthem”.
