In the next few years, he cast his gaze wider, and became familiar with the worlds of vocal and progressive house. One night, listening to Nairobi based DJ Kuzi he saw the crowd pulsating and felt the atmosphere that could be created with some simple, powerful beats. It was only when he stumbled upon this genre that he realized his future calling as a DJ, and decided to learn as much as he could about the EDM world.He began attending every live house gig he could, which took commitment in the Nairobi scene. He managed to find an underground DJ academy and acquired the basic skill set that would take him forward. Unfortunately, the school was shut down after only 5 weeks, and Andrew was left to forge his own path.
LSD brings diversity and alternative sounds to his sets but specializes in progressive and vocal house with African undertones, as he feels this is something that should be bought to the forefront of the international scene. He has a particular admiration for diverse artists.
