The studio run through for the set I'll be playing at the Love Bites party produced by FetchNW in Seattle in February. It's been a while since I've played in a club, and this mix brings together the sound of a big system with my revived 90s industrial kid desire to smash fascism through music. I heard the opening track, "Wake Up People" by Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes on KEXP on inauguration day, and it helped crystallize the concept behind this set. My edit brings it down to 5.30 minutes from over 7, and, for me at least, amps up the testifying energy of the original. If anyone would like a copy, let me know.
