I started DJing in 2008 and formed my company Freakin' Awesome Inc. where I do private and public events performing under the name BossKei.

I spend lots of time listening to and purchasing remixes from other DJs and use them in my sets. If you hear a mix that sounds like it was rehearsed, uses stems, or mashes up more than two songs, chances are it was purchased from SelectMix, Crooklyn Clan, Starjack or others. I only post live mixes that use 2-3 decks and often mash remixes together to make fun transitions. My mixing is done live and unrehearsed for the most part, but if a transition absolutely slaps I try to work it in and re-use it as often as is appropriate to not sound repetitive.
