Floating Sound is an international DJ collective based in Osaka, Japan and includes DJs from Australia (Jules), Canada (Daithi), The U.K. (Jimbo) and Japan (Red-B). The musical philosophy is a wide one, but is centered around soulfully fused sounds that include House, Deep Techno, Dub, Afrobeat, Jazz, Funk and Disco. Between them, a musical journey can go from the latest digital releases to rare vinyl gems.
Their parties are a groovy chilled affair and are often held in unusual and intimate locations around Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe that have that classic ‘Japanesey’ atmosphere with hanging lanterns, incense, saké and good food.
Floating Soundとはオーストラリア（Jules）・カナダ（Daithi）・英国（Jimbo）・日本（RED-B）出身のDJにより構成される、大阪に拠点を置く国際的なDJ集団である。
音楽性は広く、ハウス・ディープテクノ・ダブ・アフロビート・ジャズ・ファンク・ディスコなど、ソウルフルに融合したサウンドを中心とし、最新のデジタルリリースからレアなヴァイナル音源まで網羅。
彼らのパーティーはグルーヴィーかつクール。「ちょうちん、お香、酒、おいしい料理」が並ぶ「和のテイスト」のある関西一円の居心地の良い場所でイベントを開催している。
