This set is what got me here, I thought the only reason I started mixing again was to create this love letter to the early 90's, a simpler time....this was made as I was figuring out my new hardware, has some clangs in there but a vibe that makes me smile...

Thx TRaMpY, always makes my day seeing your comments. As I don't have time to mix much right now, I am reviving some of my old shows. This one started it all for me, it was a mix I had wanted to do for over 20 years, bringing back the old skool flavas, and that got me hooked on mixing again🫡 How you have some sun block bro, gonna be hot up there on the roofs🙏

Hey FF, thanks for listening mate, it's really nice when a mix you think has run it's course gets a listen, and I notice since you did, a few more have listened so I can't thank you enough..This was the love letter to old skool I thought would be the last thing I ever did, turns out it was my new beginning as I found MC..old skool is definitely a good trainer for mixing. Thx again mate and i am getting behind on your sets, looking forward to those 2 neurofunk sessions, know you will smash it
You absolutely smashed it with this mix!! So many classics and I love how you blended them together so well, especially as 91/92' tunes can often be tricky to mix! Some real creative transitions going on - particularly liked the Dominator into Charly - those hoovers go perfectly together! Anthema into Way In My Brain - need I say more! Stand out tunes for me are Acen - The Life And Crimes Of A Ruffneck, Rhythm Section - Coming on Strong, Nebula 2 - Anthema and The Moog - Jungle Muffin (this one sounded surprisingly good at the slower bpm you mixed it at) ! Actually as it's an 92 hardcore mix, all tracks stand out for me - love my oldskool!
Johnny I don't know what to say...your in depth comment is awesome...I think from that era we all had the same tunes, mixed our sets and then heard the Bad Boys of the day playing them too. Love your descriptions of the transitions, had to think about alot of those..and I always thought wow, the moog is at least 10bpm down LOL As I said this set was a labour of Love and the missing link that got me mixing again...So these comments just blow me awy....Massive Respect goes out to you mate
