I watched a Video about how technology has made Mixing too easy , too accessible and is killing the Art of Djing. I also had a conversation with a DJ I respect about if no one knows your mixing 3 decks, why bother. Both of these are the reason for this show. I spent the 90s with my 1210s, but I love my Controller too, not because it makes it easy, because it allows me to express my self through creativity.

Mastering Technics 1210's took immense physical muscle memory, our brains convince us that easier methods are inherently lesser. But true artistry isn't defined by suffering through technical limitations. Digital controllers don't dilute creativity; they democratise it. You are using technology as an extension of your mind, not a shortcut for your lack of skill ✌️
