Formerly Ireland's Number 1 show for reggae, dubstep, chillout, Latin, afro-beat, rap, soul and disco. Occasional provider of half-decent house, techno and drum n' bass. Broadcast every Sunday for 3 (or maybe a bit less) hours, grab a beer, kick back and enjoy the show. I like to think it's always 3 in the afternoon and sunny someplace in the world. There's only one rule, no repeats ever. In short, we will never play a song more than once (this rule is under review as I test different formats, but will try to keep it for the Sunday Social)!
