Oxford, United Kingdom
Emseatee is the moniker of Oxford, UK based producer Leigh Redding whose output has been compared to to that of electronic artists such as Jon Hopkins, Rival Consoles and the electro-classicism of Nils Frahm.
The name Emseatee is the phonetic spelling of Redding's first ever electronic instrument, The Micro Computer Trainer (MCT) by Sciencefair. With an upbringing in Jazz and an early obsession with guitar effects he has taken these influences to create his own unique stance outside of the traditional ideas of the electronic genre.
