Born in 1981, Dr. Looney discovered the possibilities of electronic music at the age of 14 on Fast Tracker II. He made lots of crazy tracks just for fun, alone or with friends... Ranging from down-tempo to hard-techno BPMs. He thought that nobody would listen to his crazily fast music... But when one of his friends made him listen to Mat Weasel Buster he discovered he was not the only crazy music producer in the world.
In 2001 he began going to free parties with his friend Phoetus and they started to produce real hard-techno, the style they were enjoying at the parties. Later they released their first track “Gafatonfron3” under the name Frv100Crew
