Raphael Landauer comes from a family of musicians.
They had a band: “Landauer Folklore”.
Since studying music in 2001, he has played in swing, rockabilly, afrobeat, funk, blues, reggae and hip hop bands.
(Fresh Familee, Anthony B., Mono and Nikitaman, Heavy Gummi or Carmen Brown).
In his “Little Tokyo” Studio he works on beats for musicians and producers worldwide.
He performs as a solo drum show artist.
He is a DJ, Radio host and a theater musician: (Half Past Selberschuld, Marlin de Haan, Cooperativa Maura Morales), gives music and dance workshops (Rhythm'n'Swing, Art of Reggae Drumming) and runs a music school “Tonraum” in Düsseldorf.
In his radio show: “Raphael Drumz Riddim Radio”, he plays reggae and African-influenced music.
The focus is on beats & riddims.
