Hi, I’m Doctor Steevo.
I’m an independent French artist based in Antibes, in the beautiful South of France. Before that, I lived in Oxford and London, UK—two places that deeply influenced my creative journey.
I create IDM (Intelligent Dance Music), but for me, music is all about freedom and experimentation. Whether it’s a synth, an instrument, or a music app, I love exploring sounds without being confined to one style or genre. My recent albums were recorded live using a launchpad, various instruments, and modern music applications.
I aim to make modern music with today’s sounds, embracing the organic feel of live performance. Playing with a launchpad feels like playing an instrument—you follow a path of sounds, like notes, and discover endless variations. Each live set becomes a sonic journey, where melodies intertwine to create something unique and immersive.
