Illustrator, DJ Shiotsu is known for “Cartoon Mafia” and “Shiotsu Koubou” and is becoming well known internationally in recent years. His work centers on cartoon portraits of real figures, which has received public awareness in and outside of Japan.

He has worked with New York’s World Class DJ Unit The Heavy Hitters as well as other well known artists such as Lil Jon, Kid Ink, DJ Drama, Funkmaster Flex, Fatman Scoop, Mak J, Chain Smokers, Don Omar, Consequence and Kid Capri. Domestically he has illustrated famous individuals like Shokichi from Exile, Doberman infinity, Hilcrhyme (TOC), DJ Lead, Kousuke Kitajima (Breaststroke Gold Medalist), Ryousuke Yamamoto (Japan’s Triathlon National Team Member), Ken Terauchi (Japan’s Olympic Diver), Eljero Elia (Holand’s National Soccer Player), T-Okada and Sakaguchi (Orix Baseball Team).
