His first major gigs were on cruise ships, playing to 1000+ people on some nights. He has since settled in the Newcastle scene, booked solid every single weekend. Renowned for his broad range and incredibly good party sets, consisting of anything to everything from Motown and R&b to New Jack Swing, Pop Soul, 80s Funk to the latest Hip Hop and Commercial Dance. Searly has since become popular in the Newcastle scene, and has worked along side some of Newcastle's best artists/bands such as Overload , CHOIRBOYS, DJ Nino brown, SAVAGE , , spy vs Spy , the Urge / MC Mick Mac , has had the pleasure of working with many local DJs & held several residencies in and around Newcastle & Central coast to Sydney. Searly's interest in music at a young age found him learning the Piano to then producing his own arrangements.
