Angel A (Angel Avila) is an emerging minimal/techno artist in Southern California. Her passion is to get everyone on the dance floor moving to her dark beats. She is no stranger to the dance floor, she has been dancing since the age of three, when her parents realized that she loved to dance, shortly after they were taking to her first ballet, tap, and jazz classes.In 1988 she was introduced to dance music in Houston, TX. Frequently, moving on the dance floor, at clubs like Industry, Club Some, Avalon, and the Orbit Room. Angel A was hooked on House music.In 2008 she married Rudy Rene who had the equipment and was a closet Dj. On one particular day her husband asked her if she wanted to learn, at first she was reluctant. Eventually she got behind the decks and was addicted at first taste. After two weeks of training she scored her first gig, realizing the difference of being behind the decks and controlling the dance floor, she found a new love of music.
