"Cutting my teeth in the mid-90s Chicago scene, I started out playing after-hours spots and intimate bars, always chasing that authentic Chicago House sound. My style was shaped by icons like Frankie Knuckles, Mark Farina, and Kevin Yost, and refined by sharing the decks with local legends including DJ Heather, Derrick Carter, Colette, and Mark Werner. After years of holding down residencies and running successful industry nights, I took a hiatus from the club circuit. But the music always pulls you back. Now returning to the fold, I'm focused on blending new discoveries with true classics. While my roots are strictly vinyl, I've embraced the digital era to keep the groove alive."
